10,000 workouts and no answer to the only question that matters: what am I doing today?
Regimen90
Regimen90 is a 90-day training system that tells you exactly what to do every single day — strength, running, riding, yoga, recovery, and what to eat to hit your goal. It walks you through each session move by move, on video. You bring the effort. It brings the plan.
Works on any phone. Add it to your home screen.
The problem
10,000 workouts and no answer to the only question that matters: what am I doing today?
Your lifting app doesn't know you run. Your running app doesn't know you ride. Nobody's steering the whole ship.
One rainy Tuesday or missed Thursday and the whole schedule is fiction. So you quit by week three.
The answer
Every day for 13 weeks is already scheduled: upper body Monday, run Tuesday, lower body Wednesday, run Thursday, yoga or pilates Friday, big ride Saturday, rest Sunday. Three training blocks build from Foundation to Peak with deload weeks where they belong — the same periodization coaches charge hundreds for.

Guided sessions
Nobody should be pinching and panning around a printed workout sheet halfway through a set. Hit Start and the session takes over the screen: one exercise at a time, a looping demonstration of exactly that movement, the reps in the corner, and a tap to move on.
Name, reps, and a looping demonstration filling the phone. Tap for the next one. No pinching, no panning, no losing your place in a grid of thumbnails.
Tell it what equipment you own — or nothing at all. Every clip is filtered to your gear, so a barbell move never appears for someone training on a living-room floor.
The exercise is named after the clip that plays, so what you read and what you watch are never two different movements.
A progress bar across the top, the round you're on, and how many exercises are left. “Am I nearly done?” has an answer.
Motivation gets you to day four. Discipline gets you to day ninety. The difference isn't willpower — it's removing the daily negotiation. The plan is written. The day is scheduled. The only question left is: did you do it?
And when life interferes — rain, work, a missed Thursday, a week of being genuinely sick — the plan bends instead of breaking. Swap the day. Make it up. The regimen absorbs the hit and keeps its grip.
Do what it says for 90 days and the results will not be subtle. Strength that shows. Endurance that surprises you. A number on the scale you chose in advance.
Follow the plan. The plan is the shortcut.
Life-proof
Rained-out ride? Trade Saturday for Sunday in two taps. The plan reshuffles, nothing gets lost.
Missed Thursday? Queue it onto today and the record heals honestly — no fake streaks, no guilt trips.
Plan said run, you walked ten miles instead? Log the walk and count it toward the day. The burn stays honest — your METs, your minutes — and the plan itself never changes.
Connect Strava and a ride or run lands on the right day by itself. Or drop in a screenshot from any watch app and it reads the numbers off the picture.
Multi-round workouts track round by round, so “almost finished” and “finished” stay different things.
Fuel
Set a Day-90 goal weight. Regimen90 computes a daily calorie budget from your latest weigh-in and what the plan has you doing that day — bigger on big days, smaller on rest days. Never a crash diet: the deficit is capped, the budget has a floor, and if your goal doesn't fit in 90 days it tells you the honest date instead of starving you toward the wrong one.
See the damage before you take a bite.
Snap it, paste it, or just describe it — see the hit on today's budget, then decide. Log it only if you go ahead.
Copy a recipe image, screenshot a web page, pick a PDF from your files. It reads the ingredients and gives you one serving of the finished dish.
One tap turns whatever is left of your budget — and your protein and fiber gaps — into real meal ideas you can log in a second tap.
Search everything you've eaten and re-log it with the numbers already filled in. The cereal you have every morning takes two taps.
Coach
Ask it anything and it answers from your real numbers — today's budget, the next seven days of your schedule, your streak, the formulas behind every figure on screen. It shows the arithmetic instead of asserting a result, it will never talk you below the calorie floor or into losing weight faster than the cap, and if something hurts it tells you to rest and see a professional.
It can't quietly change your plan or log things behind your back — it points you at the screen where you do it. One set of numbers, everywhere.
Recovery
Sleep, water and digestion decide whether the work sticks. Regimen90 tracks them the same way it tracks everything else — as floors to clear, not scores to fail.
Screenshot Whoop, Oura, Apple Health, whatever you use. It keeps the stages, the efficiency, the bed and wake times — then builds a trend report as the nights pile up: how often you clear the 7-hour floor, your average deep sleep, and whether your bedtimes cluster or swing.
Half your body weight in ounces, tracked with quick-adds that never pretend a zero-calorie glass of water was a meal.
Fiber, hydration and digestion get logged in two taps and stay strictly, permanently yours — never scored, never shared, never sent to the coach.
Proof
Day 1 next to Day 60, same angle, same light — the compare view puts them side by side so the change is undeniable. Photos live in private storage only you can access. Not social. Not shared. Never sent to any AI. Yours.
Get an InBody or similar body-composition scan? Snap the report. Regimen90 reads your measured basal metabolic rate and recalibrates your daily calorie budget to YOUR metabolism — not a formula's guess about it. Muscle mass, body fat, and BMR flow straight into your plan.
Got a 3D body scan too? Import it and turn it over on screen with your chest, waist and hip measurements read straight off the mesh — then watch every one of those numbers move, scan by scan, across the 90 days.
Together
Start a group with your partner, your brother, three friends from work. Everyone sees one number per day each: a 0–100 Regimen Score built purely from adherence — did you train, did you log, did you stay in budget. Your weight, your calories, your meals, your photos and everything about your body stay on your side of the wall unless you deliberately share a single meal photo.
Respect
Regimen90 sends zero notifications. Not one, ever. The plan is always there when you open it and silent when you don't. Miss a day? The grid shows it, plainly, and shows you the way back. You're an adult.
Nothing you enter disappears into a database. Every single input comes back as something you can use — a target hit, a gap named, a comparison against your own average. If it can't tell you something in return, it doesn't ask.
Every figure shows its own arithmetic — the calorie budget, the burn from a ride, the deficit that gets you to Day 90. No black box, and nothing on any screen ever disagrees with anything on another.
Follow the plan. The plan is the shortcut.
